Senior and experienced psychologist

I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience working in the NHS and Academic Institutions. I have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The University of Manchester, and a Masters in Health Psychology from London Metropolitan University.

I currently practise as a Clinical Psychologist in the NHS alongside my private practice.

I have extensive experience of providing independent consultations for multiple organisations covering a wide range of issues such as Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, Pain assessment in children and adolescents, and also rehabilitation following treatment for various types of Cancer.

I have a passion for working creatively with clients, combining my specialist experience and relatable skills. I am able to create an individualised and empowering approach for clients in order to take steps towards meeting their goals.

I am also passionate about working with children and young people who are struggling with their mental health. My approach is to empower young people to identify their difficulties and develop new and adaptive coping strategies.

My broad range of experience includes working with schools, colleges, care homes and inpatient NHS teams to provide tailored Psychological insight and recommendations.

I aim to support individuals and organisations to make genuine and lasting changes to improve mental health, well-being and dramatically improve functioning.

You can expect me to empathetically listen to your difficulties and tailor make a treatment plan that individually supports your progress and goals.
