Training packages
I understand how important it is to keep up to date with training and development for staff across a range of different organisations. I am able to offer a broad range of training packages, for example; Depression, Anxiety, Autism, ADHD and many other topics such as staff resilience, mental health in children and adolescents.
Mental Health awareness has pivoted to the forefront of our consciousness following the Covid-19 pandemic. With many more people reporting mental health difficulties in organisations, it is important for leaders to feel confident in supporting staff in managing their own mental health, and developing robust resilience practices.

I enjoy creating and delivering unique and exciting training materials and helping leaders to obtain the best outcomes for their teams, using coaching principles.
Supervision
I offer supervision in line with the British Psychological Society Guidelines (BPS) and The Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) guidelines.
I am a qualified supervisor and have attended Supervisor Training and Advanced Supervisor Workshops.
